The Salon

An integeral part of the team, we have been located in Vauxhall street since 1995.

Ideally located and standing tall in the centre of Balbriggan town, our premises boasts two private free parking spaces and has an indoor multi-storey car park directly across the road. We operate from a ground floor premises which can cater for wheelchairs and those with limited mobility. We have a fully staffed reception which provides an ideal area to browse through our skincare lines or relax in warmth and comfort while waiting on your treatment to commence. We have 13 private treatment rooms and a heated and air-conditioned private spray tan room. Our clinic has been specifically designed with your comfort and privacy in mind.

Corinna Tolan – Senior Therapist & Salon Manager, CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO

Corinna has worked in Monica Tolan No1 Beauty and Skincare Specialist since 1999. Having worked alongside her Mum, Monica, she now manages the clinic alongside her sister Rhona, while also carrying out specialised skincare treatments. Her main area of expertise is CST anti-ageing Skincare treatments and Problem skincare plans which compliment her results driven nature. As an advanced Diathermy Practitioner, Corinna also carries out all Red vein, Skin Tag and wart removal, on Men, Women and Children.

Margaret Watson – Senior Therapist & Skin Specialist, CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO

Margaret has over 13 years experience in the Beauty industry and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of beauty treatments. Margaret would be one of our most heavily requested Therapists having built up a large cliental for massage and results driven skincare such as our Collegan Stimulating Therapy.

Rhona Tolan – Salon Manager & Reception

Working as salon manager Rhona ensures that from the moment you step through the salon doors or on the telephone your every need will be professionally dealt with in relaxing calm manner. Her time at Monica Tolan’s has resulted in her having a vast knowledge of all treatments and products that are available in the salon.

Maria Barnes – Senior Therapist & Skin Specialist

Maria has been a member of our team for 5 years and is a great asset to the team who contributes greatly . Maria Specialises in anti-ageing Skincare , permanent hair removal and Shellac Manicures. Maria will be taking time off in Sept 2012 to have her second child and we look forward to her return in the new year .

Carol White - Senior Therapist, CIBTAC, CIDESCO

Carol graduated from the highly regarded senior college Dun laoghaire in 2005 and has worked in our clinic since then. Carol is committed every day to upholding the very highest standards in all services she offers. It is this rigorous work ethic that has made her one of our most popular therapists ever to work at Monica Tolans and certainly her presence in our clinic has greatly attributed to the success we are today

Natasha Bulavitchi – Senior Therapist, CIBTAC, CIDESCO

Natasha Qualified from Coogan Bergin College of beauty. The Coogan Bergin school thought so highly of Natasha they invited her to work along side them in their salon. It was here Natasha was fortunate enough to be trained by Ms Sonia O’Dwyer the esteemed CIDESCO international examiner and who Natasha credits with evolving her into the fantastic therapist she is today.

Annette Jackson – Senior Therapist, CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO

Having Graduating from Bronwyn Conroy’s leading beauty school in 1996, as testament to Annette’s ability, she was asked to manage their Mount St Salon for a number of years. Having 16 years experience in the beauty business Annette's passion for her industry is evident throughout her work but none more so than her waxing and her Bridal make ups as both are an area where she has excelled.
