Competition T&C

             1.            Eligibility:

The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland,  Northern Ireland and UK aged 18 years or over. Employees of Monica Tolan, The Skin Experts, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.

               2.            How to Enter:

To enter, participants must correctly answer the competition question and follow the entry instructions provided on our social media channels.

 

               3.            Prize:

The prize consists of two tickers to Andre Bocelli concert on 27^th April at 3Arena Dublin and pre show hospitality at the 1878 club. The prize does not include transport to or from the concert venue, accommodation, or any additional expenses incurred by the winner.

               4.            Winner Selection:

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received by the closing date.

               5.            Closing Date:

The competition closes at 12 midnight on Sunday 9^th March. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

               6.            Notification of Winner:

The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, Monica Tolan, The Skin Experts, reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

               7.            Prize Acceptance:

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.

               8.            Publicity:

By entering, participants agree that their name, likeness, and competition entry may be used in promotional materials by Monica Tolan, The Skin Experts, in connection with the competition, unless prohibited by law.

               9.            Data Protection:

Personal data provided by participants will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition, unless otherwise agreed by the participant.

               10.         Liability:

Monica Tolan, The Skin Experts, accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical fault, network interruptions, or any other reason beyond its control.

               11.         Changes to the Competition:

Monica Tolan, The Skin Experts reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

               12.         General:

By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
