- To secure your preferred appointment slot, we recommend booking well in advance. In case of unavailability, we maintain a waiting list, reviewed daily with hopeful anticipation.
- If you have a preference for a specific therapist, kindly mention it during booking, and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.
- Please ensure to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- We take deposits to secure all appointments . Deposits will be lost if cancellation within 48hrs of an appointment occurs.
- Treatment cannot be administered if you have and viral or bacterial skin condition , sunburn, or have undergone eyebrow tattooing, Botox, or filler injections within the past seven days.
- Please note that onsite parking is not available at our locations, please factor this into your time consideration.
- Self tanning products may limit treatment protocol. Please consider this when booking an appointment
